Cherry Liqueur
500 ml Vodka
450 ml Red Wine
340 gm White Sugar
3 ml Cherry Essence
3 ml Vanilla Essence
Dissolve sugar, Vodka and Wine over a low heat. Add Cherry & Vanilla essence and stir. Switch off heat and when it is cool enough bottle and store for 6 months. Makes about 1 Lt

Hooligan Juice
1/2 bottle brandy (375 ml)
1 bottle of Baileys
3 litres of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Mix it all together and make sure the floor is soft
 

Brandy Exotica
1 can condense milk
1 cup brandy
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon caramel essence
1 teaspoon coffee mixed with a little water
Mix altogether and bottle
